It is an Open Forum aimed to enable people to share experiences, ideas, the triumphs, the difficulties, the despair, the elation. We hope people will encourage one another and those who care for or are friends of people with mental illness. For me friends had as much or more to do with it than treatment… What about you or your friends or family? Because everyone knows someone with mental illness even if they dont know it ..
